Would like to know if casdgtw can acknowledge invisible alarm message.
I am using below
Service Desk Manager version 14.x
Probe casdgtw version 2.51
Uim version 8.5
UMP version 8.5
Nas version 8.42
Have set the casdgtw probe owning system to service desk and tested closing ticket of visible and invisible alarms.
On log level 5 casdgtw seem to get the list of closed alarm id from Service Desk Manager of close ticket of visible or invisible to process.
Visible alarm seem to be acknowledge by the acknowledgeSDBasedClosedAlarm api call .
Invisible alarm did not trigger acknowledgeSDBasedClosedAlarm api call.
