Clarity

  • 1.  CA PPM 14.4 Cluster Log Files are not being updated

    Hi All,

     

    We have recently setup cluster environment. I found that the log files are not being updated as it used to be..

    I have replaced the logger.xml in all servers from templates and restarted services, but still no luck.

    I do see

    When I check the beacon-system.log, initial few lines were 'Validated By the Server' later we see below exceptions.

    java.nio.channels.AsynchronousCloseException
    java.nio.channels.ClosedChannelException

     

    Please suggest how to resolve this.

    Hi Giri

     

    If you login to individual nodes does the logs populate.

    Even when I login to individual nodes still the issue is there.
