    Hi Team,

     

    Can you help in, finding out the solution so that one cannot fill the survey twice while incident has been resolved.

    Hi Nupur,

     

    Have you tried enabling the setting - "Use Stricter Rules" ensures that only a single survey per ticket template type is sent to a user.
