    Hi , 

     

    I found below INFO message in API gateway log file.  

    • 2018-04-04T10:15:50.448+0800 INFO 7274 com.l7tech.server.identity.internal.InternalIdentityProviderImpl: Couldn't find user with login xxxx.southeastasia.cloudapp.azure.com
    • 2018-04-04T10:15:50.448+0800 INFO 7274 com.l7tech.server.policy.assertion.identity.ServerAuthenticationAssertion: could not verify identity provider ID 0000000000000000fffffffffffffffe with credentials from xxxxx.southeastasia.cloudapp.azure.com

     

    • 2018-04-04T10:13:36.897+0800 INFO 7205 com.l7tech.server.policy.assertion.identity.ServerAuthenticationAssertion: 4208: Authentication failed for identity provider ID 0000000000000000fffffffffffffffe

     

    What are possible root cause for above INFO message ?

    0000000000000000fffffffffffffffe is the ID of Internal Identity Provider.

    The message indicates that the user (for authentication) is not exist in Internal Identity Provider.
