When configuring the CA API Gateway if configure DHCP connection.Does all the values of the environment like NTP,DNS Servers will synchronize with the CA gateway,without configuring them in gateway main menu settings.
I believe nameserver entries should get updated but NTP details you may have to enter while configuring
I don't think so. Regardless of you selecting DHCP or STATIC, the gateway always asks for DNS, NTP Default Gateway settings as it needs to update the ifcfg-eth*, resolv.conf, etc files.
when i check my gateway, if i use DHCP i would just hit enter without providing nameserver details and i can see nameserver details getting populated in resov.conf but for NTP you may want to enter the details else it would pick from pool.ntp.org
