I am glad to see editable cost plans in 15.4, including the ability to create new ones.
however, I don't see anywhere that you can submit it for approval?
I realize budgets and benefits are not part of 15.4, but what is the purpose of creating a cost plan if you cannot submit it?
This drives down the value add of the new UX, if this is the case, as that is a loss of functionality from the classic.
PM would do all the cost plans but then has to go to classic to submit for approval? That completely disrupts the flow of creating cost plans.
Am I missing something? (I hope I am wrong:) )
However, If this is correct, CA, when will the submit for approval option be included? This is just for the submit for approval option.
