    Hello Folks,

    I have on my spectrum today the integration to my SDM working to open and closing tickets using SANM on my spectrum side.

     

    I have to create a way to open tickets based on Landscape

     

    Ex

    all critical alarms from landscape1 open incidente to group1
    all critical alarms from landscape2 open incidente to group2

     

    Someone did something like that using SANM ?

    Hi Thiago,

     

    Here are my 2 cents as I have never done this, but imagine it to perhaps work this way...

     

    "Create an auto event with a condition that gets attached to tickets to check the 'landscape' on the SDM side? However, this assumes there will be a field in SDM that stores the 'landscape' (passed on from Spectrum) in order for the event to evaluate this. So based on the 'landscape' field you could then set the group appropriately via an action macro."
