On the Posted transaction review portlet why we have to always enter posted +1 on TO Date on the posted date criteria.

Its probably stored as a date/time rather than a date ; so if you only put in the date as a filter that would be treated as midnight at the start of the day whereas functionally you probably want to include stuff posted on that date (so you put day + 1).
Logical?
Do we know if this is also because OD servers are in Germany and due to timing issues, it is recommended to give Posted +1 as criteria to include all posted transactions.
