  • 1.  Attachment mandatory for service catalog request

    Hi Team,

     

    we have requirement where attachment is Mandatory for a service catalog request before it can be moved to the cart

     

    Any ideas ?

     

    as i can make mandatory after add to the cart but not before any thoughts ?

    Hi Santoshi,

     

    This feature is available out of the box only after adding it to the cart and just before saving the request. I am not sure if we need some customization around this but I would also like other community members to contribute to my solution.

     

    If no response further then I would suggest that you may always raise an idea or consult CA services team who major in such customizations.
