DX Unified Infrastructure Management

I want to integrate the uim and service desk for that purpose i deploy casdgwt proble to Service desk , When i go to infrastructure manager for configure the casdgwt probe and i double click on the probe , i can see the Raw configuration interface instead on casdgwt probe config interfact , i attached the screen shot of interface that i want when i click on casdgwt probe , how i achieve it..

Please give me prompt reply needed.

@Omair Hasan for the issue with any probe opening only in Raw confgure and not with the GUI please check:

For integrating UIM and CA SDM I would recommend you to use the probe:  sdgtw (Service Desk Gateway) - CA Unified Infrastructure Management Probes - CA Technologies Documentation 

(casdgtw and been replaced by sdgtw)

But i face problem with sdgwt probe,  when I was deployed casdgwt probe , when i double click on it + shift key , it will open the configuration interface  but with sdgwt probe , it is not working and appear raw configuration ,,give me suggestions.

Right, as Yu say, you need to use the Admin Console. 

However, from IM you can access the raw configure SHIFT + Right click

I am using uim 8.5 and i am able to login in Admin console , but from when i open sdgwt probe configuration

Whether you can open other probes in admin console ? Need to understand whether it is only with sdgtw or all probes .Please confirm.

Yes i checked other probes working fine, this is only with sdgtw probe..

What problem are you seeing, Omair?  what error do get when you open the probe in the Admin Console?
