  • 1.  Workflow error

    Hello Team

     

    We have one classic workflow attached in Change Category and we have removed the workflow from the category. but still in ticket we are not able to close the change ticket as it giving error

     

     

    this error might be beacuse ticket created earlier when the category has workflow. but i tested this on new change ticket after removing workflow using same category. but still it giving same error.

     

    y its giving same error as i already inactive workflow and remove from  the change category??

    Hi Aamir,

     

    Removing the workflows from a category does not have any effect on the active tickets that were created when the category still had workflows linked to it. To resolve your issue, you have to go to the ticket and make sure all the workflows are attached to the case are completed.

     

    Alternatively, you can change the status of the Change Order record to 'Cancelled' status, this will the set incomplete workflow statuses to canceled as ll. After this canceling the CO, you then be able to close the CO.
