Hi, 

I am unable to add target account, earlier the same account was working fine.

When i try to add i am getting error like (Proxy unable to access host. (Windows proxy error: 5-ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED)

What might be the cause..?? it is working fine for next server IP.

PAM to proxy port 27077 is working fine.

Usually the Access Denied error means that the account running the proxy is not allowed to log in to the target host.

You might need other ports open too, depending if this is a local account or a domain account, and where the proxy is installed.   The default port settings for the Windows Proxy connector are listed here;  Default Port Settings - CA Privileged Access Manager - 3.1.1 - CA Technologies Documentation
