  • 1.  SOAP Integration Password Expired Error

    Our SOAP integration with PPM is returning the following error:

     

    com.niku.union.security.SecurityPasswordExpiredException: CMN-10001: Your password has expired. Please change the password to a new one. You cannot login until you have changed your password.

     

    I tried resetting the integration account password, but that did not fix the problem. Has anyone else experienced this error?

    Can you login to PPM using the integration password. Did you restart the BG services after making the change.

    Check:

    select force_pwd_change from cmn_sec_users
      where user_name = ***

    If this vale is 1, I believe the only option is to login into PPM as the SOAP user as suggested by Suman.
