Enterprise authentication failing

When I try to login the CA Business Intelligence  the following error occurred:

Account information no recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on.. Please make sure sure your logon information is correct (FWB 00008). Printscreen sent.

 

Anyway if I change teh Authentication to LDAP , working ok.

 

Enterprise only work with administrator logon.

 

May be the enterprise configuration is not so good.

 

I think too in the Trusted file.

 

Please anybody help me with any tip ?
