  • 1.  Is possible configuring Topology and Root Cause Analysis in a MSP environment CAUIM?

    Hi all.

     

    I am configuring Topology and Root Cause Analysis but I have doubt if this work in an environment MSP.

     

    I have 5 sites (Tenant) in CA UIM, and only 1 client need topology.

    In the hub-secundary deploy the topology_agent. Right now I see the topology but I don't see alarms in the relationship viewer. All devices are in green "status ok"

     

    Anyone know why happen this? or what is missing configuring?
