  • 1.  Restrict Analyst based on Tenants

    Hello Team

     

    how to restrict analyst based on tenants?? we have tenants enabled in my environment and we want to restrict analyst such that the analyst can only treat the ticket of it own belonging tenant and not others. Rightnow All analyst have access to work on all the tickets of every tenants.  

     

    We want Analyst can only see those tickets which analyst belongs to.

     

    Please advise

    Aamir, you may need to re-exam the "Tenant access" setting for the user role...you may currently set it to "All tenants" and you would need to change it to "contact's tenant" or "single tenant", depending on how you would like analysts

    work on the tenanted tickets. Thanks _Chi

    I referred to the web interface role detail page, where under 1. Additional information->1. Authorization tab, you will see a field that has heading "Tenant Access"
