Rally Software

We are ramping up to about 20 teams in various countries into Rally and wondering if there is a way to setup and group folks into sub-groups (US, France, China, etc) and they set up the holidays for each group that would be reflected in Rally?  I have always managed this outside of Rally to determine team capacity, but it was always much easier just one country and a couple teams.  Please advise if any way to streamline this for us.   Most teams have folks in various areas so we work around the clock, so we don't have one team in China, etc.

I'm uncertain if we're able to import calendars or holidays, but what I'm finding here can hopefully help you. Take a look at: Enter Your Time | CA Agile Central Help 

My understanding of this is you may want to manually create such a User Story or a few (perhaps per each of your teams), then at least you have do that once per year and linking it with the iteration will help you manage it throughout the entire year.
