Possible to perform multi-line text search from an Output Scan?

We're using Application Manager version 8 and I'm trying to create an Output Scan that will fail a job if it receives the text "ERROR:" followed by the text "ORA-" which could be on the same line or subsequent lines.

My current output file that will be scanned is based on this format:

ERROR:
ORA-12526: TNS:listener: all appropriate instances are in restricted mode
So, when I created my Output Scan rule I tried the following in the Text field but none of them worked in finding the pattern in the example format above:
  • ERROR:.*ORA-
  • ERROR:\sORA-

But, if "ERROR:" and "ORA-" are on the same line as below

ERROR:ORA-12526: TNS:listener: all appropriate instances are in restricted mode

...the pattern is found and the job aborts as expected.

Which leads me to my question: is there a way to search for a text pattern across multiple lines in Output Scans?

Thanks for your help!
