We have an issue with the external dependency settings "only valid when activated on the same logical date" This means that the object that it is externally dependent on needs to be active when this job has been activated. Unfortunately, managing this has become a bit much when we have thousands of jobs with hundreds of dependencies. These are all jobs and process flow that run daily.
So I'm trying to script a process by which an external dependency that is blocked due to "invalid logical date" is released if the external job has finished running for that physical date.
Multiple questions all via scripting (either api or internal) - is there a way to reset the status of the external dependency within the process flow? is there a way to "unblock" the external dependency so that the rest of the jobs in the process flow will run when the external job is completed successfully?
