Job Documentation within a Workflow

For objects, we are using the Title for a clear one line description of what the object is doing. Works great, but some objects are "Generic" and within the Workflow, it becomes specific to a task. (A parameter determines which file is loaded for example)

Unfortunately, there is only the alias under task properties, not a title or anything else.

Does anyone have a creative solution to this? I'm debating storing this information in a variable in task properties.

Ultimately, I want to be able to kick out documentation of all of our custom objects and what each one does. Instead of keeping that as a static document somewhere, I'd like it to be more live. So, if you're viewing a task or object, you can quickly find out it's function.

Thanks in advance!
