Can anyone tell me what causes a variance in Activation Time?
One of my workflows took an extra 7 minutes to activate last night. Is there a recommended path for tracing why this occurred?
What was the status dislaying during that 7 minute delay?
Not sure about your question. We use external dependencies within the workflows and sub workflows. That link to workflows in different schedules. We don't use any SYNC objects, that I'm aware of.
We did not have this problem today. And tracing the logs of all the schedules, it was a system wide issue from 12:05 to 12:12. So every workflow that was scheduled to kick off between those times took an extra 7 minutes to "Start"
I looked at the WP, CP , and Agent logs, but was unable to find anything that showed the workflows starting. Is there another log I should check?
