In a previous discussion entitledHow to get the run ID or name of the next job in a workflow, I learned that ATTACH_SYNC functions correctly only when the target task hasGenerate at runtimedisabled.
In another discussion,Sequences of prompt sets, I investigated using MODIFY_TASK to mark a task inactive. Yesterday, I discovered that MODIFY_TASK is capable of doing this only when all tasks in the workflow haveGenerate at runtime enabled.
It seems that there is no way to use MODIFY_TASK and ATTACH_SYNC in the same workflow. Is there a way around this limitation?
