Access Variables Upon a GET response with Service Now

Hello all,

My question is for those with a bit of Service Now knowledge. I am working to create dynamic incedent tickets when a JOB fails in a workflow. So far I have been able to use PUT_READ_BUFFER in an include object in the Pre-Process of JOBS to pull out information from the specific JOB that fails in order to populate Service Now fields through Web Service objects. Now, I must use the GET operation in a Web Service object to retrieve variables from Service Now tables, then assign those variables to fields in the request object fields of a Web Service object with an INSERT command. Here is the code I have so far in the include object I created that I call in the pre-process of every job. As of now, I am using a put_read_buffer in the JOBS, then using READ in the Web Services INSERT object to retrieve the variables.

Thank you for taking the time to read my question and I hope you have an easy answer!
