We receive a core dump every time UC4 starts. The Oracle message is:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kkquUnnUncorAllSq()+2384] [SIGSEGV] ...
 [Address not mapped to object]

The SQL causing this problem is:

SELECT  A.SO_MODULE , A.SO_JOBID , A.SO_CHAIN_ID , uc4.AW_TOOLS.GET_CHAIN_NAME(A.SO_PARENTS_JOBID )  CHAIN ,
A.SO_STATUS , 'H' , A.SO_SCHED_FLAG , A.SO_PARENTS_JOBID ,
 A.SO_MODULE MODULE , A.SO_VIRTUAL_DAY , A.SO_QUEUE , 0 SO_AVG_RUNTIME , A.SO_DETAIL_THREAD REMOVED_AS_PRED
FROM TMP_DAYS , SO_JOB_HISTORY A
WHERE A.SO_JOB_FINISHED >=  SYSDATE  AND A.SO_VIRTUAL_DAY BETWEEN DAY AND DAY +  1
UNION
SELECT A.SO_MODULE , A.SO_JOBID , A.SO_CHAIN_ID , uc4.AW_TOOLS.GET_CHAIN_NAME(A.SO_PARENTS_JOBID)  CHAIN ,

FROM SO_JOB_HISTORY A
WHERE
A.SO_CHAIN_ID IN (SELECT SO_CHAIN_ID FROM AW_JQ_VIEW1   WHERE EXTERNAL_REFS =  'N'   )
AND uc4.AW_TOOLS.GET_VIRTUAL_DAY_START(A.SO_VIRTUAL_DAY )  NOT  IN (SELECT DAY FROM TMP_DAYS   )
