  • 1.  Cause of message "U0003422 WARNING: Cannot load conversation memory '0037f63b' for server routine"

    Hello,

    On one of our Clients, we are receiving two messages:

    UC4 Automation Platform;Message;Error;U0003422 WARNING: Cannot load conversation memory '0037f66e' for server routine 'UCDS_R'.;msg_error
    UC4 Automation Platform;Message;Error;U0011801 Error in Server routine 'UCDS_R  '

    These entries appear every few minutes or so.

    There is no Knowledge Base entry for U0003422, and U0011801 appears to be more of a generic routine error message that's associated with a number of causes.

    We are running Automic v9.

    Hi John, I'd recommend opening a support ticket. I'm confident that they can solve it with some tracing.

    U0003422 WARNING: cannot load conversation memory for server routine UCDS_R

    Usually, the message means that it will create a quarantine message indicating that the routine failed and another WP attempts to process the step again. The UCDS_R points to a UserInterface routine. The message is just a warning that the server routine ran into some issues when trying to access a record. If this is a one-off issue (as this appears to be) there is no concern. If you start to see it happening frequently, please do the following:

    • Make the following change to the SERVER_OPTIONS in the UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS immediately:
    NNNMNNNNNNNNNNN . Changing the 4th digit to 'M' extends traces so that memory leaks are found more easily.
    • Please send us the WP and CP logs TCP/IP=2, DB=4 on the WP's in order to see if there is a specific issue that needs to be addressed.
    • This problem could also be indicative that a performance issue has occurred can you please ensure that your current environment is fit for the current load. This intermittent event may be due to the hardware configuration for the AE currently being used not meeting the minimum requirements of CPUs WPs per Server.

    I can just confirm Guenthers and Josephs posts, In that case please open a support issue, it would be optimal if you could provide the WP and CP Logs and Traces on the WPs as Joseph describes. It would increase speed of analysis.

    The issue can have lots of rootcauses, and the message is too general to narrow the issue down because of it, the Logs and Traces might give us a possibility to tell exactly what is going on in that case.
