    Hi Experts,

    We are unable to login to newly installed version 10 automation engine. Tried default password of UC as well.

    Is there any alternative way to login and reset the UC password? or is there a UC user reset procedure?

    for a newly installed System the easiest and fastest way is to drop the DB- re-create ist and re-load Initialdata.

    There is another way - but for this you have to open a support Incident.

    If you have another system with a admin user, unload the user in a transport case, then load the transport case into Client 0.
    (For security reasons, the password for the user won't carry over and  will reset to 'pass'. )

    Log into Client 0 as the imported user.
