Performance / Objects

Just wondering if anyone else has identified sort of the turning point on when the # of objects in a client becomes a drag / drain on performance.

We have a UC4 system with ~ 20 clients on it used for various teams.

2 of these clients have a huge number of objects - one has 401,000 objects and the other has almost 250,000 objects.

Performance in these clients is pretty heinous.  Anything from looking at reports / statistics, creating / editing new objects, etc. - it all is very slow in these 2 clients.  Performance is normal / OK in other clients.

I've never seen any kind of limitation on the # of objects in a client, but wonder if there's a suggested high water mark, so to speak that you should keep it below.
