We created a generic Service Now Job that lets us submit a ticket for any number of things that uses variables in the input fields of the ticket just fine. We now need to create a specialized job for something in particular that reports back to us and we are having trouble saving variable names in the input fields. Whenever we save the job with the variable and re open it, the job has reverted back to the plain text that was previously in the field. It will not keep the & or #. Has anyone seen this before and found a resolution?
