  • 1.  ECC 11.2 Global Search

    Hi, where can i find the setting to activate the "Global Search" in ECC 11.2 (ECC 11.2.0.GA01-177)? It should be between "Messages" and the Client-info-tab in the top right corner but its not there. Im refering to the What's new video

    You are correct, with ECC 11.2.0.GA01-177 it is as the video described.

    With the 11.1.1 GA02-151 it look almost similar but doesn't have that search bar like the 11.2.0 version.

    I would recommend double checking:
    .A) the version of ECC, to make sure it is on 11.2.0.GA01-177
    .B) The user that you are using to log on with have sufficient ECC permission.
    -It need the  "ECC: Access to Process Assembly"  for that global search to show up on 11.2.0.GA01-177.

    Just realized that i need the JWP for using the Global search.

    I will report as soon as i fixed this

    JWP was the problem.

    Global search works as designed
