In our old production environment, we have 3 clients (500,1000,2000). The primary is 1000.
There are 204 Agents listed in the GUI for that Client (and found in the HACL table). Only 83 of those are 'alive'.
Is there any adverse technical impact from having these 'inactive' agents assigned to a client (numbers in 500 and 2000 follow a similar usage pattern)?
There is no impact if you have 121 inactive agents on only one client.
They are not running so no data is sent to the statistics tables and to the reports tables.
