Generally, no. When you're running a batch or a job, Automation Engine does not keep track and record the amount or number of data processed.
So let's say you have a a batch (shell script, etc) that's supposed to process x number of files in your server. Automation Engine does not keep track that your batch script processed x number of files, or that it processed x mb of data. You can modify your script to keep track of the number of files being processed by that script.
Automation Engine does keep track of the number of Automic jobs that ran and finished (stored in the EH and AH table).
