[Release Manager formerly ARA] How to log into the Admin-CLI

Getting an authentication error when attempting to log into the Admin-CLI (command line interface)?

Error:
The user could not be authenticated.
Error: 4, The user could not be authenticated.. Authentication Error

Solution:
1. Start the command prompt as Administrator
2. Make sure the user you are using to log in has 'Admin' rights
3. Use the following syntax when entering the login information:
     Host URI:  hostname/ara
     User:  client/name/department
     Password:  yourpassword
