Per the Support Lifecycle chart it appear that support will end for V9 at the end of 2016. If for some reason we do not have our automation engine upgraded by the end of the year what kind of support would be available?
There was an announcement in November 2015:
As Automation Engine V9 is short before End of Maintenance (31.12.2015) we would like to remind you that by this time no code changes, no bug fixes will be developed any longer. Support will continue until 31.12.2016.
We highly recommend to plan an upgrade before end of support 31.12.2016. Afterwards Automation Engine V9 has reached the EOL (End of Life) and support will be discontinued.
This is the official answer, you are invited to migrate to version to our latest version 11.2.
