We have some query regarding our UC4 support. Currently we are on UC4 V9 and as per the notification which we received V9 is going to be obsolete after Dec 2016.
Support in case upgrade can’t be done before December ?

You can ask to your sale representative to get "extended support" before upgrading to a supported version.
If this is very short time before upgrade we can do a support as "best effort" but if you need a long time before upgrading we encourage you to get an extended support.
