2. Choose 'Change password...'
3. Enter old/new password

Based on this, please be informed that any user can also change the password within the user object itself (System Overview > Users > right click the user > Edit
and also the administrator can force the customer to change his password, by opening the UserObject > User-Tab > "Change Password with next Login"
