Does anyone know how to send two different notifications when a job's max time is reached?

    We have a standard notification sent out when a job's max time is reached. Can I send another max time alert or email from this too?  This would be from the job's runtime tab and then Maximun Run Time. box We need to create a ticket with our standard alert but this Apps team wants an email sent to them too.

    You could start a workflow that contains the common escalation + a call operator for the email?
