UserInterface Accessiblity with JAWS

A user has a vision impairment that requires them to use JAWS, a screen reader application -> http://www.freedomscientific.com/Products/Blindness/JAWS.

They are unable to see all the content in the UserInterface when viewed through the JAWS application.

Does anyone know if there are any accessibility settings to make JAWS function properly with the UI?

Unfortunately, there is currently no specific recommendations on how to make the JAWS settings work with the AE UserInterface.

Perhaps, reach out to the JAWS support to see if they can recommend those settings.

From the Automic side, have the user try using the Web client instead of the thick client of the UserInterface.
They can install the Automic Web Interface (AWI) from the Download Center and see if that allows a more stable result when used with JAWS since it is using a web browser.

It is recommended to submit a feature enhancement request to have accessibility features be included in the next future release of the UserInterface thick client -> http://ideas.automic.com/
