How to Clear Out the Variable Cache

A workflow is stuck with the status, "resolving variables".  Is there a way to clear out the variable cache?

Go to the System Overview > right-click on a WP and click Properties > go to the Properties tab > click the arrow up on the 'Variable cache' > click OK.


Now go back into the WP Properties tab and click the arrow down on the 'Variable cache' so you can set the value back to the original number.

Doing this will force the variable cache to clear out without restarting the entire AE system, which is another method to clear out the variable cache.
