Some select statements, to gather helpful information from the activity window

Discussion created by Josef_Kaiser-Muehlecker_99 on Feb 16, 2017

If you want to know the number of objects per client in the activity window, where more than ‘x’ objects are currently active - the following select statement could be helpful:

SELECT EH_CLIENT, COUNT(*) AS CNT FROM EH GROUP BY EH_CLIENT HAVING COUNT(*) > ‘x’ ORDER BY EH_CLIENT

The result will be arranged by client. Please replace the ‘x’ with any number.

The following select will list the started, but not yet finished tasks in the activity window.

SELECT EH_CLIENT, EH_NAME, EH_AH_IDNR, EH_STATUS FROM EH WHERE EH_STARTTIME IS NOT NULL AND EH_ENDTIME IS NULL;

The EH_STATUS will also be issued in this case, what might be helpful as well.Please find further details regarding the system return values of all objects that can be activated in the Automation Engine via the following link: https://docs.automic.com/documentation/webhelp/english/ALL/components/AE/11/All%20Guides/Content/ucaaiy.htm
