    Issue:
User gets an error when using the SEND_MAIL function.

    Solution:
The AE server was not defined in the SMTP relay in the SMTP server itself.

    Hi,

As an example, if your SMTP server is installed on Windows Server, you can launch the IIS. Right-click on SMTP Virtual server -> Properties -> Access tab -> Relay restrictions -> Relay. Then, you can add to restrict or allow the machine to relay to this SMTP server.
