Prompts - Has something changed on V12

I have a Job that runs on a schedule on a Daily basis. This Job take a value from a prompt.
When I arrived in the office today I noticed that the status of this Job is "Awaiting user Input" since Friday.

This shouldn't happen as I have the input value hard coded with the Schedule (see below)

Has anyone seen this type of behavior on V12. This does seem intermittent as Job ran fine on schedule previous days.


I also notice something strange when I run this job manually.
Instead of the prompt appearing on my screen, I now have to click on "Open" on blue box for input required.
