We are currently using Application Manager v9. But, we are in the initial planning phase for upgrading/converting to ONE Automation. With this in mind, do you have a document showcasing the object naming standards for the ONE Automation Platform? We have read in one of the Automic documents the following: "Automic strongly recommends that you define and use consistent naming conventions for your objects.".
So, we would like to know if Automic has worked up at the very least a guide of some sort as to some object name standards and how these standards can be utilized in the platform. Cause we heard that security in ONE Automation can utilize the object name? Finally, since we are in the initial planning phase for ONE Automation - if you have any other documents or recommendations that would be useful for the conversion effort - please send our way. We would be most appreciative. Thanks! Mike Taylor
Thanks for contacting Automic Support , you will find in attachement the document you need for naming concept and good practice
