ARA freeeze - UI.Calendar - Creating ExternalCalendarInitializer

Discussion created by Duong_Nguyen-Nhat_2335 on Apr 28, 2017

When I do a fresh install of ARA in Windows Server 2012 r2. I've counter this issue:

Automation.Engine 12.0.0+build.3456
java version "1.8.0_25"

AE is working properly. But ARA is not working. I checked from log after running initialize, ARA freeze when check the ARA service (e.g: http://vvnsupwin09/ARA/service) and nothing work.

When I checked the ARA logs this has been found:

After many different tries, I found out that this related to the IIS and Windows Server 2012 R2 update. So I update Windows Server 2012 r2 to the latest SP and then re-install IIS and that fixed the issue.
