Is there a way to set up a condition for a job that if the job returns no results (empty file, no output in sql code) then a notification will not be sent, and will send notification when there are results? Thank you.

For the Report- check: You could do a prep_process_report and use the command:
:SET &LNR# = GET_PROCESS_INFO(&HND#, ROWS)
&LNR# <> 0 there is a report available.
for the result file just check the file size (or content) with OS commands.
another attempt would be checking the content of the email and deny sending, if the content is empty.
