Upgrade remote Agent to version 11

Can a remote agent can be on version V11 when there own service manager is not being upgraded and stay in version 9 ?

We recommend to upgrade every component of the application, even the service manager.
The version V9 is not supported at this moment, unless you get an extended support.

This would be better and more stable to have every component in the V11.
