Evidently I can't understand how to allow a usergroup to have access to run/execute jobs without being able to edit them or delete them from explorer window.  My understanding with this images is that line one gives everyone all access, line two gives only R, S, P access to the \SMART folder and its sub folders, and line three gives R and X to jobs.  Users of this group should not be able to Delete or Write to jobs in the explorer window but they still can. So again, my goal is to not to allow this group to delete or write to any jobs in the explorer window but to be able to execute them.
