Running One Automation, Version 10.0.5 on a Linux server with an Oracle database.

I am trying to pull statistical data from the post process tab of a job but it is almost like the statistics are not updated until the job completes. I am running the following the script:
:SET &CODERETURN# = GET_STATISTIC_DETAIL(,RETURN_CODE)
:SET &JOBSTATUS# = GET_STATISTIC_DETAIL(,STATUS)
:PRINT &CODERETURN#
:PRINT &JOBSTATUS#
: IF &CODERETURN# <> "0" OR "1" OR "102"
: IF &JOBSTATUS# <> "ENDED_OK"
: SET &ACTOBJ = ACTIVATE_UC_OBJECT(JOBS,SMART_EMAIL_JOBNAME.CRITICAL_JOBS)
: ENDIF
: ENDIF

Here is the post processing tab output:

2017-10-05 12:01:54 - U0020408 0000000000000102
2017-10-05 12:01:54 - U0020408 0000000000001574

What I am expecting is that the second line would say something like "ENDED_OK"
Why is it not picking that up?
My goal is to separate a good return code of 102 and a bad return code of 102. I am trying to do this by pulling the ENDED_OK.

Thanks for any help,
Jeff
