Automic Workload Automation

When I log in to Client 0 I get a blank screen in AWI.  I do not see the objects that I see using the UserInterface.

Is there some parameters or setting that I am missing?  I am able to log into other two clients with no issues.  Can someone  guide?

Can you post a screenshot how the AWI screen looks like.

I hope you get to see the attached picture.  I do not see any screenshot that I pasted here.  I do not see any provision to add screenshots here in the forum.  Kindly guide.

There is an option to attach an image. You might have to save the screenshot locally and then upload it to the post.

I do not see any option on my discussion screen to upload a saved screenshot locally.

and you can also insert the picture with Control + V while this dialog window is open

For the user you are logging into client zero - Can you check if the user you are using currently have the Privileges enable for AWI?

I was able to get the same result as you when I tried to create a new user and have not assign any privilege or authorizations to it.

I used another user and logged in to view the permission set for my TEST2/LUL2 user.

Thank You very much @Luu Le I really appreciate your help.  You Hint helped a lot.  I used the UserInterface and added the permissions of the user and I could log in as the user into Client 0.

This is a chicken/egg problem when people finally move over to 12.1, where there is (erm, officially ...) no Java client anymore.

@Automic: while this will likely be submitted as an idea.automic.com proposal because it was discussed as such at the latest FOKUS user meet, you probably want to ensure that the AWI permissions are added to the UC user as part of the upgrade process.
