From the UC.MSL:
0003366EIConnection to Agent '&01' already exists (old connection '&02', new connection '&03').

Check on the OS if a process for this agent is already running. You can use the Task Manager on Windows or ps on Linux. If you find such a process, kill it and try again to start the agent.

hi,
I supposed you're trying to start it from the System Overview > agents view ?
If so please ensure that the a Service Manager is running on the same host as the agent, and that the Service Manager phrase is correctly filled.
