    Hi ,

    Could some one help me with the vedio to install UC4 version 12.1

    I have done database, utility, automation engine , service manager and service manager dialog 
    I am stuck up with web interface

    Please help

    At which part during the installation of the Web Interface (AWI) are you stuck with ?
    Are you getting error messages ? Will AWI not start ?
    As Tuan already stated, have a look towards the documentation.

    user interface War file was not inculding in then package. I have downloaded userinterface from downloads...it is done now..

    Hi Daniel,

    I am back with issue again  :(

    We have installed agent Linux and windows agent. But we could not see in user interface . when we click on agents it is throughting  No JWP active error.

    JMP server is not stating .. customer told it is not require. What do you sugguest

    JMP is not starting.

    what would be the reason. I am getting null pointer exception error.
